Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
This position will oversee, answer, and triage phone calls to our main company phone number.
Utilize proper telephone etiquette to respond to patient inquiries and requests to speak with other service areas of the company.
Acts as liaison between patients/customers and service areas to ensure they receive the highest quality service during their phone call interactions.
Provides feedback to Patient Services Manager.
Perform other duties, special projects as assigned Skills, Competencies and
Experience:
Strong communication skills Demonstrated strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Strong writing and composition skills Proficient desktop skills, including Excel, Word, internet etc.
Composure Ability to work in a team environment Strong organizational skills Problem Solving Action Oriented Education, Certifications, Trainings:
1 year Customer Service Experience required 2-5 years' experience working within a healthcare company / customer service preferred Physical requirements:

Actual pay will be based on several factors such as qualifications and skills for the role plus geographic location.
