Video Production Assistant
Quick Apply Full-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description MARCOM is a leading producer of video-based elearning courses on safety, regulatory compliance and human resource topics for the general industry, construction, transportation and healthcare markets.
Our courses are delivered online and are marketed solely through resellers both in the United States and internationally.
These programs are developed completely in-house at our facility located in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania, from initial script-writing and filming, to editing, to converting to multiple digital formats for online delivery.
We currently have an opening for an entry level production assistant in our Multimedia Product Development Department.
Candidates should have an interest in the video production and digital media creation process and be ambitious and eager to learn, as well as be able to lift and move heavy equipment quickly and efficiently.
Applicants should possess a minimum high school diploma (or equivalent) as well as a working knowledge of the following Windows and MAC-based software, such as:
Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere MS Office Spanish reading/speaking ability a plus but not necessary.
Duties would include:
Providing crew support for video production shoots, both local and distant Getting props as requested Setting up lights Assisting producers as needed Subtitling/captioning digital video programs Logging raw video footage Video file processing Image editing Audio/video editing Assisting with the creation of elearning courses.
Other work as required This is a salaried full-time, permanent position.
MARCOM offers company-paid healthcare and dental programs and a great working environment.
MARCOM operates on a 40 hour week with some overtime expected.
Applicant must have own transportation and be available for off-hour shoots when needed.
Occasional travel is required.
